1. Agreement to Terms

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Synapse demo. By creating a demo account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Service

This website provides a demonstration version of a Headless CMS ("the Demo"). The Demo is intended solely for evaluation and testing purposes. It is not a production environment.

3. Eligibility

The Demo is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and are acting on behalf of a business, organisation, or as an independent professional. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Demo Accounts

  • Demo accounts are provided free of charge for evaluation purposes only.
  • Demo accounts and all data associated with them may be suspended or permanently deleted at any time without prior notice.
  • Demo accounts must not be used for production workloads or to store sensitive data.
  • We do not provide backup services for the Demo. You are solely responsible for any data you input. We are not liable for the loss of any content or data stored within the Demo environment.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Demo to:

  • Upload, store, or transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
  • Input sensitive personal data (e.g., financial info, health records) or real-world production data.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures, "stress test," or reverse-engineer the application.
  • Distribute malware or engage in any activity that interferes with the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Synapse software, including the demo platform, remain the exclusive property of Optidev. Your use of the Demo does not grant you a license to the underlying source code.

7. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

8. Disclaimers

The Demo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Synapse makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or stability of the service. We do not guarantee that the Demo will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optidev shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Demo, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Optidev, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Demo, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your demo account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or for any other operational reason. Upon termination, your right to access the Demo ceases immediately and your data may be deleted without recovery.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of *Greece. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thessaloniki.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page and revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Demo after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
